Binny + Jason’s wedding weekend was spectacular. From the colors, to the traditions… It could not have been more perfect. Beginning with the Sangeet at the Eau Palm Beach, their family and friends danced and danced and danced the night away. The Baraat was one of a kind. With Jason riding in with his groomsmen on jet skis, which led into the ceremonial Baraat where Jason had to plead and convince Binny’s family that he indeed was the one for their Binny… After persuading her family, he was able to finally marry the love of his life with the Eau Palm Beach as a gorgeous backdrop. The final day was the reception. The Flagler Museum in Palm Beach created a romantic and yet festive feel. Laughter filled the room with a letter Binny wrote to her future husband back when she was in school. And, that same joy continued the entire night as they celebrated Binny and Jason!

{Krupa + Varun} Say I Do | Deering Estate Wedding

Oh how I love thee! Let me count the ways… LOL… Seriously we love love love this wedding. We are so obsessed with it that we have chosen it to be a studio sample. Starting with the obvious, the colors and traditions of an Indian wedding are so rich and complete eye candy for a photographer. Although this was a modern Indian wedding, it involved traditions and rituals tailored by the couple and their families. The floral garlands, the colorful and textured gifts that were exchanged, the prayers, the offerings; it all made for a beautiful ceremony. The reception was filled with music and food that even made our nose smile. No one can argue about how beautiful an Indian wedding is, but at the end of the night the photographs we captured are full of love and happiness because of the people that were in them. Krupa and Varun are a lively and energetic couple. Even a rain storm on their outside wedding reception could not affect their happiness. The rain really came down, but it’s effect was minimal in our eyes. What vividly stands out are not the puddles of water, but the jumping on the dance floor. The dance floor did not calm until the music was turned off, and that in my opinion is a perfect way to end a wedding.

copyright PS Photography | www.PSphotography.net I love the Baraat. It’s so festive, joyous and full of dancing! The groom is led to the bride’s family on a white horse while his family and friends are dancing and singing around him. It’s such an important part of any Indian Wedding. And, this image encompasses the whole event… The sun shining through the trees and gently pushing him along, the contagious atmosphere and the groom’s joy beaming… Need I say more?
