Love when families have fun on our shoots. It shows their real personalities and true interactions. And, of course, their favorite images are the ones that are spontaneous like Ian is swinging or being thrown in the air… Those are priceless. Not to mention, the image of 4 generations of the Lind men! Can you imagine how precious that picture is?
Kasey is getting married! So, her sister Nikole planned this amazing weekend getaway with all her girlfriends in Vero Beach. So, of course, why not get some portraits done of her with her friends? I think it’s genius! Nikole planned it perfectly, from their grandparents’ beach house, to the girls’ outfits… 
I’ve been waiting for Baby Parker for a while now. We were so blessed to have know this couple since their wedding. We captured the beginning of their marriage, and when Leslie told me she was expecting, I was ecstatic! So, newborn sessions can take a while. Between feedings, diaper changes and lots of crying, it can take a long time. But, not with Parker. He was an absolute angel. He let me position him however I wanted, and kept sleeping. Sometimes he would let out a yelp, but fell right back asleep. So, he let me capture such sweet moments. Can’t wait for his next session!
Sadhana was up for anything! We did the safe shots first, then she couldn’t resist the beach. If you have never been to Vero Beach, it’s absolutely beautiful. The sand is soft and the water inviting. And, it was the perfect backdrop for Sadhana’s senior pictures! Don’t you think?
Many times, life passes us by, and we blink and our kids are going off to college. And, that’s exactly the situation that David found himself in. Nick (who was one of our seniors that past year) is now going off to Georgetown University. And, they haven’t had a family portrait done since before Ali was born! So, it’s way past time for that. And, Tillman is a big part of the family. He made sure to be the center of attention, and posed for me as if he was the main subject!
The Cannon’s were a ton of fun! Instantly, when I met them, we all clicked. They were on vacation in Vero Beach, and wanted to capture the essence of their vacation. And, of course get some amazing family portraits. Capturing real moments of them playing frisbee, flying the kite, and running around in the water. My absolute favorite is the last picture. Since they were having so much fun, I suggested them getting in the water. And, they jumped at the thought! And, as soon as they got down, a big wave hit, and that moment is absolutely priceless!
The Kenyon’s were visiting Vero Beach Hotel and Spa during a family reunion trip. They were also celebrating Grandpa’s 80th birthday! So, what better time to take some family beach portraits! It was a challenge to get all 24 of them to sit still, since the warm ocean was right behind them… But, we managed perfectly. Gorgeous family…
Hadley was so cute. When she first walked into the studio, she was timid and shy. But, after a while of me making a fool out of myself, I cracked her shell. And, what amazing photos! I absolutely loved them all so much! So happy that mom decided to order a beautiful storyboard of four images… I designed it to include her name and some flower accents… Just love it! Enjoy!!!
Rebecca + Darryl wanted a unique maternity session. And, did they get it! We started at the studio for some amazing boudoir/maternity session, then we headed to the beach… My absolute faves are the studio shots… LOVE them all though…
